Privacy policy
This notice describes how the site for R'lyeh Awakening (rlyeh.id) handles an email subscription. It matches the subscription flow on this site: an address is sent to the mailing service only after explicit consent and a completed confirmation step.
Who operates this site
Operator / Data controller: R'lyeh Awakening.
R'lyeh Awakening is the project responsible for operating rlyeh.id and handling personal data submitted through the pre-launch signup form.

What is collected
If you submit the form:
- your email address;
- the fact that you ticked the consent box;
- technical request data needed to run the site, including your IP address where the hosting network provides it, the time of the request, and a coarse rate-limit counter;
- a Cloudflare Turnstile token and the technical data Turnstile uses to decide whether the request looks automated.
The form does not ask for a name, a wallet, or a payment. The site does not use Google Fonts or a separate analytics product.
Why
- to send a confirmation message, and later a notice when access to the first season opens;
- to record that you confirmed the address (double opt-in);
- to limit abuse and automated signups.
The notice does not promise a release date, a price, a prize, or a guaranteed place.
Consent and double opt-in
An address is accepted only if you tick the consent box. After that, the mailing service sends a confirmation email. You are not treated as subscribed until you open that email and confirm. If you ignore it, the subscription is not completed.
Who processes the data
- Brevo (the mailing service) stores the address, sends the confirmation and later the season notice, and handles unsubscribe links.
- Cloudflare hosts this site and runs Turnstile. A request to subscribe is checked on the server before anything is sent to Brevo.
Brevo is operated from the EU and uses its own subprocessors. Cloudflare is a US company and operates a global network. Those transfers happen only because these two services run the site and the mailing list. No other recipient is added by this form.
How long it is kept
The address is kept only for as long as it is needed to send the confirmation and the notice about access to the first season, and to honour an unsubscribe or a deletion request. No fixed number of months is stated here, because that period is not set yet. It will not be kept for a purpose this notice does not describe.
Unsubscribe and your rights
You can unsubscribe at any time from the link in a message, or by writing to awakening@rlyeh.id. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was lawful before the withdrawal.
Where the GDPR applies, you can ask for access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For people in the EU, that is the authority in your country of residence, work, or the place of the alleged infringement.

Зачем
- чтобы отправить письмо подтверждения и позже уведомление об открытии доступа к первому сезону;
- чтобы зафиксировать, что адрес подтверждён (double opt-in);
- чтобы ограничить злоупотребления и автоматические подписки.
Уведомление не обещает дату релиза, цену, приз или гарантированное место.
Согласие и подтверждение
Адрес принимается только если отмечено согласие. Затем сервис рассылки отправляет письмо. Подписка не считается завершённой, пока вы не откроете письмо и не подтвердите адрес. Если письмо проигнорировать, подписка не завершается.
Кто обрабатывает
- Brevo хранит адрес, отправляет подтверждение и последующее уведомление и обрабатывает ссылки отписки.
- Cloudflare размещает сайт и выполняет Turnstile. Запрос на подписку проверяется на сервере до обращения к Brevo.
Brevo работает из ЕС и использует собственных субобработчиков. Cloudflare — компания из США с глобальной сетью. Передача происходит только потому, что эти два сервиса ведут сайт и список рассылки. Других получателей форма не добавляет.
Срок хранения
Адрес хранится, пока он нужен для письма подтверждения и уведомления об открытии доступа к первому сезону, а также чтобы выполнить отписку или запрос на удаление. Точный срок в месяцах здесь не указан, потому что он ещё не установлен. Для иных целей адрес не хранится.
Отписка и права
Отписаться можно в любой момент по ссылке в письме или письмом на awakening@rlyeh.id. Отзыв согласия не отменяет обработку, которая была законной до отзыва.
Если применяется GDPR, можно запросить доступ, исправление, удаление или ограничение обработки и возразить против обработки на основании законного интереса. Можно также подать жалобу в надзорный орган. Для людей в ЕС это орган по месту жительства, работы или предполагаемого нарушения.
